He began his legal career at a mid-size Boston firm focused on civil litigation, then spent more than a decade at a smaller firm in Salem, Massachusetts, where his practice grew to include criminal defense and family law. Marc Salinas is a lifelong New Englander. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he attended a Catholic high school in New Hampshire before returning home to continue his education in the city where he was raised. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Suffolk University in 1996 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1999.
During law school, Marc gained early courtroom exposure through an internship with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. In his final year, he earned a highly competitive internship with the PGA Tour at its headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida - an experience that gave him a valuable look at the business and legal operations of a major sports organization.
After graduating law school, Marc began his career at a mid-size Boston firm, where he focused on civil litigation. He then spent more than a decade at a smaller firm in Salem, Massachusetts, broadening his practice to include criminal defense and family law.
Much of Marc’s charitable work is rooted in the motorcycle riding community. In his free time, he enjoys touring on his Harley-Davidson Road Glide. He sponsors charity events for organizations like the Patriot Guard Riders and the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association. Marc takes particular pride in his work with “We Ride So They Fly,” an annual charity ride that raises money to send veterans to visit the war memorials in Washington, D.C.
